We use your information to operate the platform, deliver enquiries to universities, respond to support requests, and improve our services. University portal users' details are shared with their institution for account management purposes.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Enquiries and contact messages are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and respond to queries.
